Can't he just use a normal localhost?
I mean, he should either retry to make a server (if he didn't backup), check all his wz, check to see if java jce unlimited strength files are in the correct folders, check his .properties, or just use a different localhost. and why is it hamachi?

Edit: But it's mostly got to be his java files.
